He kept meeting strong companies that hit major milestones without the financial infrastructure to handle them. He built Gentyx to close that gap. Today he leads our methodology, service quality, and client relationships.

Valentin came from M&A, investment banking, and financial analysis. He watched reporting quality make or break deals: strong businesses slowed down by messy diligence and numbers that had not kept pace with growth. He built Gentyx so his clients never sit on that side of a deal. Today he leads client delivery, reporting systems, and day-to-day operations.
